solid pond rake, but it doesn't rake the pond weed by itself. Looked around, with site to store, it was cheaper to get at walmart than anywhere else new. Nice rake

This rake works better than expected. Found it works better without the float. We let it sink to the bottom then pull it out slowly with the aid of friends. We have a half acre pond and we've dragged up hundreds of pounds of weeds and more to go.

Does a good job raking out milfoil; on our half acre pond it's still an incredibly daunting task but this picks up well and the weeds fall off easily. Rake does what it's designed for mostly. The tines need to be about an inch longer. Also, in order to attatch the rope, the instructions state to install the eye bolt, and remove it when you use the handle extension. What you really need to do, is drill another 3/16 hole 6" from the top, and inst...
