This is a 5 grams whole grains per cake, gluten free and no artificial flavor added, I love this because it is not super sweet and it is a healthy snacks plus it is affordable.

Love this snack. Great for when you want a sweet/salty snack. Low calories and great taste. The caramel flavor is my absolute favorite. So easy to add peanut butter or fruits to it.
