The only thing that I am just a little concerned about is that I purchased the Lite circle instead of a firmer one. Maybe I am just getting stronger!

I've had this product for a couple of weeks now. It has been a nice change up to my regular routine. However, it's not the best product and is not quite what I expected. Can't say for sure or not if it works or not but I don't feel sore or anything after using it. I think it's more for beginners.
