The backboard is very flemsey! No metal on the back of the board to help stablize it. We actually used our old metal frame from our old backboard and "jerry rigged" it so it would make it more firm/stable. Other than that its great for the money

I mounted this backboard for my swimming pool with a pole and a y-shaped mounting bracket. The nuts and bolts included were all I needed to put it all together. So far this backboard is stiff enough for me to shoot 3-pointers in my pool. Sweet!
