It says right on the package it is lactose free and my lactose intolerant daughter can eat it! That's a winner for me. Check the label on all Cabot cheeses. Haven't seen it on other brands!

This cheese has a wonderfully sharp cheddar flavor. It's perfect with crackers. Or I like to just open and take a bite! It's that good!!

We had this cheese at a family gathering and it is, by far, some of the best cheese we have had. This is now the only cheese we purchase. It would be awesome if they woud offer some coupons for it.
