I searched for a purse hanger for my handicap walker and scooter and never found one but these came up so I ordered them. I don't know how they work on baby strollers but they work great on handicap scooters and walkers. The cup tilts quite a bit but works for soft drink bottles.

The cup holder is insulated, so helps keep drinks cold (or hot but in FL we don't need that!) Love the clips. Very strong. Handy for bicycle, stroller and even fold out chairs.
