Ordered a gift card to be delivered right to the recipient. When they tried to use it, the gift card was empty. Hadn't been activated, no money on it, no transaction history. Same thing with the Walmart gift card. Walmart customer service just said “nothing we can do, contact Visa”

This card has not even been activated or loaded! Looks like a Walmart employee simply took the off of the rack in the store and shipped it to me without doing any of the required steps first. The problem is that I bought $200 worth of these cards for Christmas game prizes and they are all useless...

Ordered 2 $100 gift cards to give as gifts. When received %26 gifts, only one card had funds applied. Embarrassing.. Called Walmart Customer Service, issue sent to gift card department, and 6 days later still waiting to hear back on how they plan to resolve this unfortunate issue..
