Love this griddle!!! I enjoy baking my homemade buttermilk biscuits on this griddle. They side right off it. The bottoms of the biscuits gets golden brown.

Nothing wrong with the griddle. But it needs some expertise for making Indian dosas with this. It wont come out well as in non-stick pans. Need to be experimented with more oil at different heat le...
