Corn is very hard to digest, but this Green Giant White-Shoe-peg corn is the only corn I can eat. I absolutely love it and sometimes it is hard to find.

I wouldn't use any other kind of corn in my green bean casserole except this type of corn. It is always sweet and tender just like you had cut it off the cob. Very good.
