Received hamburger buns with 2 missing

Did not get my buns that I paid for.

mold on buns that couldnt be seen from the outside. just purchased and opened the same day.

I got charged for 3 packages and only got 1.

only 10 buns in the bag/should be 12. twist tie seemed to have been opened. I don't feel confident that this product is safe to eat, as it appears that someone reached in and removed 2 of the buns. Thumbprint on one bun. We will not consume these and Will dispose of these for this reason.
