They melt in my mouth ; and fills up a diabetic without much increase of blood sugars

Can opener required, not pop tab, but that's ok. Good texture and great flavor. Open, pour into microwave safe container, heat and enjoy.

I had a hard time finding any butter beans in stock, but after several days I managed to get this brand, which was new to me. They were good and I would buy them again.

I add butter and about a can of water. I then simmer until the broth becomes thick. Love it!
