Montana wheat is my go to flour for sourdough bread making. I do a 50/50 mix with all purpose and comes out great.

Wheat Montana flour has excellent flavor the golden wheat bakes excellent bread and I also use in many other recipes the flour has a silkier texture and I think the bread is so good
