Although it has a good amount of fat, you still get good chunks of bacon from it. You get way more for your money in my opinion. Makes it affordable and easy to obtain instead of having to not buy it because you cannot afford the rising prices

We have used this bacon when making hamburger from our deer meat. We mix the ground bacon along with venison. This mixture lowers the wild taste of the venison. The flavor is truly amazing.

This is the most awsome type of bacon for people who like bacon Id rather have the chunks from the trim than the slices. It makes good lard or ground up snd added to a lean london broil for grill burgers and cant beat the price. PLEASE BRING IT BACK!
