I have long, fine hair and always use this spray along with chi serum before using my high heat styling tools. It seems to be working. My hair doesn't appear to be damaged since making the switch to high heat tools.

I love Chi! This is a great product. You need to spray in sections though and you do not need to use much. Just spray on, let it dry for 15 secs and then straighten! I have thick, course hair and this product works wonders! It protects my hair and helps keep the frizzes down.
