    I recently ordered several cans. I do make salmon patties frequently but had not noticed the great value brand of salmon in the local walmart near me. It seemed just as good as other brands I buy but with a lesser price. Also, I noticed it does have a long shelf life of approximately 4 years!

    Yep there's a few bones in it just like almost all but the most expensive brands. It's not all the same color either, there are dark pieces in it.
