I usually buy this at a Beaty salon but thought I'd try it online. Usually it's very thick but someone this was watered it down. Comes out of pump like water. Not worth the hassle of returning it, so I will have to deal with it.

I just recently bought this, the smell isn't awful, just have to get used to. As for the consistency it is very watery. Wasn't super impressed with that. Something needs to be done with the manufacturer. Shampoo should not be straight liquid.

The packaging could have been better. The spout was broken off of the pump when I received it. I had to pour the shampoo into another bottle to use it.

I love this shampoo ( no matter what they say ). It leaves the hair soft, manageable, and revitalized. Great for every-other-day use. Mild scent. Good for the mane as it is anti hairfall so brush away !
