McCormick Gourmet Kosher All Natural Tarragon, 0.37 oz Bottle
Highly aromatic with a licorice-like flavor, tarragon is a most commonly used in French cuisine on roasted chicken, omelets, vinaigrette, herb butter and the classic béarnaise sauce.
Tarragon grows in dry, sunny regions on vast, cultivated fields.
At McCormick, we harvest our tarragon at its peak then dried it within hours so that it retains its bright color and fresh, herbaceous taste.
Tarragon’s unique bittersweet taste complements fish, shellfish, poultry, egg dishes and salads.
It flavors vinaigrettes, sauces, soups, aioli and herb butter for vegetables.
Use 1 tsp.
dried tarragon in place of 1 Tbsp.
chopped fresh tarragon.

McCormick must use French Tarragon leaves as it has more flavor than the Russian variety. A MUST have for homemade Bearnaise sauce. It adds a lot of flavor and vest to tomato, potato, pasta, fish and chicken dishes. High in vitamins A and C one gets some health benefits along with the great taste.

These products offer you a ready supply of standard an exotic spices anytime of year. T...

Mild and sweet taste. Used it to flavor broiled fish along with oregano, salt and pepper and the meal was DELISH! This tarragon really punched up the flavor of the fish. I have used both fresh and dried herbs in cooking (season permitting) and this product holds up well. Highly recommended!
