The whole family likes this flour. It adds fiber and good nutrition to our diet, and it is delicious. It doesn't taste like whole wheat so everyone enjoys it. And the muffins and breads bake up just as they should. Thanks, King Arthur, for continuing to produce this flour.

I'm glad to just have this; I used to get it at my grocery store, but since the pandemic, I haven't been able to find white whole wheat flour in stock anywhere. Recipes that call for whole wheat flour require this type for me, as I don't enjoy the flavor of regular whole wheat breads.
