We love this baby corn for Thai curries. My kids pick these up before the rest of the vegetables. We also enjoy them as fritters.

Not much to say here, because.. ya know, it's baby corn. Regular corn is just too big for me so I needs me the tiny corns. I do like this kind but it's really hard to eat it off the cob. I find if I limit myself to 2 cobs, it really helps my diet.

Great in Stir Fry! I must share that baby corn is usually cheaper in the regular canned vegetable section and I can't tell the difference.
