The pencil color itself is nice, it glides on and stays put on my lips. But when you use it down to the bottom, you cannot turn the pencil so new color comes out—you cannot sharpen it, either because the casing is plastic. Awful and disappointing.

So I came here to find out what I was doing wrong with my lip liner and it turns out it was covergirls that has done us wrong. There is no reason in this day and age to need to carry a second tool to use a tool. If lipsticks can do it then lip liners should be able to... seriously we already have...
