Great pantry staple. I like keeping these cans around for quick lunches that keep my diet on track. Quick to dump on a bowl and microwave. No guilt. Tastes good and I don't mind eating it several times a week to keep from grabbing something that is less healthy.

I was very pleased with this soup. Not only was I sure of it's health value, but it was very flavorful. For a quick, healthy and good tasting lunch, this is just right. The value and ingredients are a little different than other soups, but still very good.

I'm big on trying to lose weight. This makes it so much easier. I'm on the go all the time. I work in heath care, and take out get old, and is flattening. Healthy choices make it so much easier to grab go, and pop in microwave. Knowing you're getting a healthy meal..

This is a great option for a quick and healthy lunch or dinner. It has much lower sodium, fat and calories than similar options. I really like the flavor and taste and can't really think of much to improve upon. I will definitely purchase this in the future and look forward to it.

Nothing is almost as good as homemade-or so I thought before HC Veg Beef soup. They just hit the flavors right and I can have fantastic soup without all that salt which I hate! Thanks so much. I must buy 100 cans in a year!
