I use this every time I wash my hair. It's a life savor. Similar to forever blonde dramatic repair spray. But the forever blond will help strengthen and repair where this one will help strengthen repair and add protein back into your hair.

Ok so I started using this product because my hair was damaged after I dyed it. I needed something to make it feel alive again. I bought this product and sprayed it on after every wash. My hair felt smooth and strong after a couple of uses. It is a bit pricey but definitely worth it

I love Paul Mitchell so much! I always end up going back to this brand. This product however I use year round. I spray it all over my hair and massage it in for a minute. It leaves my hair feeling really healthy and I actually do beleive it makes it feel stronger. I would definitely recommend.
