If i can give them a zero i would. Recieve this dvd players with some of the wires cut off. I believe this was a return sold as new to next person. Double check your items when items arrive

The picture quality on this dvd player is great. but the disappointment comes with much static which makes it difficult to hear and enjoy your movies even with the volume all the up to the max. i had purchase some wireless headphones which improved the sound quality but the static is still annoying.

We had the unit installed at a recommended install shop. The lights worked, the dvd worked to a point, it play s but the head phones dont work, nothing else works. The menu won,t even come up to change to different functions. Its like stuck in DVD mode..Tried to call cus. ser. 2 days 6hrs waiting...

Grate I love it
