This seasoning is easy and add a great taste. If you like MILD taste, try using half a pack the first time. For my family it is the ONLY way to make chuck roasts in the slow cooker.

This makes some seriously delicious slow cooker Italian Beef, but if you're using a typically sized 2.5 to 3 pound roast, it's a little salty if you use the entire package. I use about 3/4 of the package, and sprinkle on a teaspoon or so of Italian seasoning, and a half teaspoon of garlic powder...

Very good! I've used this on beef and now pork chops. Great on both. I put pork chops in a baking dish with this on top and added some chicken broth in the bottom. Then I covered with foil and slow cooked turning once. Turned out amazing.

This product works extremely well for Italian beef. I use only a half packet. It is so flavorful. A big hit with everyone here. Been using it for years
