Raspberry Danish Dessert was always a favorite, but we only ever had it at holidays, and the last time I had it was probably 15 years ago. I remember eating Junket as a small child. It was always tasty and I loved the creamy texture. It was almost like Jello and pudding combined. That was one of my very favorite memories of childhood. So happy to have found it again after all these years!
