    We use 85% cocoa solids for an intense hit of cocoa.

    But, like everything we do, it's balanced with just enough sugar to separate the bitterness and the acidity, resulting in an almost savory note.

    The organic vanilla naturally seasons the chocolate and softens its bitterness.

    This organic high cocoa has a fantastic blend of rich flavors It is extremely smooth and doesn't bite like some high cocoa content chocolate can. The price is excellent and it arrived very safely even in the Florida summer.

    This is dark chocolate, so if you're looking for something sweeter; this is not the chocolate for you. But, if you DO enjoy dark chocolate -- you won't be disappointed by this bar! Fyi, it shipped in perfect condition as well. :)
