      the wire lengths were good for a honda accord. Insulation is thick, I don't think the wire is actually a number 4, but I am not running that big of an amp, so it will be fine.

      It is 8 gauge like everyone has said, but it is running power perfectly to my 1000watt amp. It has worked fairly for about 6 months now. Alright buy, by me.

      used this for a 300w amp and did the job with no issues. I am not sure if this is a true 4 ga. but my amp called for 8 ga. so it worked perfectly. Plenty of cable and connectors for our job!
