On a low sodium diet. This product lowest I can find and just add extra hot sauce as needed. Great product.

I love this Salsa! It is very low sodium, usually I like hotter. At least medium, but buy mild so I can add it to dishes my son eats so it's not spicy, but has some veggies in it.
