Warm one tortilla in a large pan or griddle.

Place tortilla flat onto serving plate and add 1/4 cup of rice and beans, distributing evenly.

Add 1/4 cup of the pork (no sauce) and distribute evenly.

Add 1 oz of cheese.

Fold tortilla over about 1 inch from both the left and right sides towards the center.

Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla about halfway over filling and roll away from you to close.

Place burrito seam down on a plate.

Pour remaining Pork Chile Verde sauce evenly over the burrito and garnish with remaining cheese.
