      I am a garlic lover. This is the closest seasoning I have found to fresh. Sometimes I think better than fresh. I use this in sautéed veggies, on baked salmon, steaks, burgers & many more. When mixed with any type of oil it plumps up just like fresh. Great with mushrooms too!

      I would recommend this one too, it has a good flavor and great on roasts and roasted potatoes. I haven't tried it yet on vegis. But that's next. Weber has come up with some great seasonings.
