When preparing french dip for a family party this works out tremendously! Just add water and go. The small package makes it possible to get enough and not have an enormous amount left afterword. Great and I use all the time.

I buy Philly Cheese Steaks from Schwans for sandwiches on hard hoagie rolls and use the for the Au jus. Very convenient and tasty. It's also good for making gravy.

I've used this product for several years and it always turns out delicious for making French Dip sandwiches. I also use it for roast beef, stews and gravy. Very tasty, not salty and easy to use. I dilute it a little depending on what I'm making. Highly recommend this for a variety of dishes.
