Refrigerate mixing bowl and milk for 2 hours, blend milk in bowl, gradually add confectionery sugar 1 1/4 cup to milk, add 2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, freeze for an hour. Before freezing you can add and mix frozen fruit. Tasty!

I have wanted to try goats milk, so finally I did, just couldn't imagine it being good . It taste a lot like cows milk but it is a richer tasting milk and a little more color . I tried it on my mashed potatoes and was surprised at the texture and taste, it is very good, to me .
