Nishiki makes superb Onigiri (rice balls, stuffed with mayo/tuna, etc.). It also goes well in Kkori Gmtang soup. Great sushi rice as well but I don't care for nori so I usually leave it off.

Just love this rice. When cooked as directed the rice tastes as if you are in an excellent Japanese restaurant-it has a different texture than regular rice- sometimes called sticky rice.
