I use the cooked pudding/pie mixture for making my pies. I add more sugar than the box calls for because I like a sweet lemon pie. I also use the chocolate & coconut pie/ pudding mix to make my chocolate & coconut cream pies.

Jello cook and serve pudding is far above taste, consistency, and texture then any instant pudding and especially if you are using this product for for pie filling!!

My fave lemon pudding! I don't like the instant, creamy kind of lemon pudding. This IS very sweet, so if ya don't like really sweet lemon pudding, you can fold in low fat store brand "cool whip." That'll make it a little less sweet, per serving. Personally, I LOVE THIS PUDDING JUST COOKED PER PKG...
