The best bar ever. This is my absolute favorite flavor of them all. It has such a good amount of fiber and decent amount of protein not super high on added sugar. But it's tastes so good and just fresh as far as the fruit and nuts goes. I eat one just about everyday.

I love kind bars for a quick on the go snack. Nutritional but very delicious. They can have a high carb or sugar content pending on the flavor your get so be sure to check the nutrition facts! Also check for firmness if you can't, if you get an older one they can be pretty hard!

These are so yummy. Probably one of my al time flavors from kind bar. The texture is so amazing and the ingredient list makes me so happy ! This bar is a little sticky though so I don't recommend taking it all the way out of the package while eating it

These bars are great- you actually know what are going into them and you can even see the ingredients. These are by no means healthy for you- they have the same amount of sugar as a candy bar, but at least you can know what you're putting into your body.
