We cooked up a pork loin on the grill and dipped slices of the pork into the horseradish and I am here to tell you that it was double goooood! The flavor is excellent and it has just the right amount of sinus punch to make you grin and go for more. I am going to try it on my grits and eggs tomorr...

Love adding this sauce to tuna sandwich spread, or roast beef sandwiches, or grilled hamburgers.....adds enough zing to enhance the sandwich proteins chosen. I keep it in stock in my refrigerator....perfect sauce.
