I rotate my tires every 5,000 miles and keep the tires at the recommended pressure. I drive conservatively, as well. These tires didn't last 36,000 on my Toyota Avalon Hybrid. I'd never buy them again!

These are OEM tires from Toyota. I have 70,000 on my Camry which was new at the time. These tires will be going BACK on this car for another 70K. Can't beat it.
