Just to open the back to add the battery was torture. It came scratched. To return it's a hassle as you have to call someone else not Amazon where I got it.

I did not use this Nokia. because it locked, I took it to my mom thinking it will work but what written was not right.

Although this phone had all three criteria needed to work with Consumer Cellular, I found that it did not work! I had to return the phone. It seems like a nice phone for the money.
