Madredeus (pronounced ma-drey-DEY-oush) formed in 1986 in Lisbon, Portugal; they visited North America for the first time this past summer to rave reviews and sold-out shows.

Ainda is the follow-up to the acclaimed album O Espiritio Da Paz and is also the soundtrack to the film the Lisbon Story (released in Europe this year); the music was the talk of Cannes when the film showed last year.
