I purchased a 3 pack and none of the cans had enough propellant. I then bought another single can and had the same experience. How can this problem be so wide spread and not be resolved?

Very difficult to get the gel to come out of the can. Also, you can't set the shaving cream up-side down on the shower shelf because the plastic cap is rounded and won't sit flat. Prone to rusting.
