I have used Lancome products for over 20 years and love them all except this Eyebrow pencil the design perfect, the brush perfect, the colour perfect, BUT try to sharpen it and because of a strong plastic inner layer around the pencil more goes into the dustbin than on my eyebrows.

I too have had the same problem with this pencil. You cannot sharpen it. The plastic next to the lead breaks the lead. Totally unsuitable.
