I was well pleased with the whole ordering and pick-up process. As for the book, it is very informative, lots of recipes and versions and easy to understand and follow. I would highly recommend this book for making you own homemade liquid soaps and shampoos.

There is some decent info in the book. The real issue is in the formulating. Soap really does need to be precise. This is why it's done in grams and ingredients get weighed out.
