The mandolin was of good quality, and the instruction materials were excellent. Once I bought a pick I was good to go. I was playing tunes within a week.

Great product. After a bit os study, the guides made sense and the CD/DVD was a great help. Should probably include a tuner in the kit - that was an added expense.
