The conditioner seems fine so far. The shipping was horrible. Bottle leaked and as much as this costs, I would have liked to have it all.

Not packed properly. It was loose in a box with no bubble wrap or paper around it. Product leaked out.

I've used a lot of different shampoos and conditioners in my day. This one, being a Paul Mitchell product and on the pricey side, was actually one of the worst I've tried. I won't purchase again.
