Faucets/escutcheons cannot be removed for repair Of valve. They are rusted together. Not even plumber could Do this and said faucet would have to etotally removed fro below the counter and replaced.

My husband and I loved the simple yet elegant design of this faucet and the high arc. We were disapointed however that this particular faucet style does not seem to work well for center drain sinks...

We have had two of these in our Mbath for over a year. They still look beautiful and the finish is far better than the Moen models you find in the big box stores.
