i was excited to see this, but i really don't think this is that good for long hair. really to hard to get it on the scalp.

I didn't feel much from it. It's supposed to tingle but I didn't really feel it much, and it didn't make my hair look or feel any different.

I love the smell of this, and it's not too gritty compared to other scalp scrubs. I love the feeling of the coolness after you rinse, and I've noticed my scalp having less issues with dandruff.

I've incorporated this into my hair washing routine and I love how it gives me a tingling feeling on my scalp. I also feel that it helps a lot with my dry scalp issue. Highly recommend!
