does what its supose to do .......cools down quickly even in 95 degree outside temp....no vent hose problems if ya just read the direction and screw on the fittings...

This unit runs quietly and cools the bedroom (12'x14'x10') to an arctic chill. only issue is the vent does not open automatically. remote works from almost anywhere in the room.
