Great use as an extension for the video (yellow) and audio (white) feed from the surveillance DVR to a monitor far away. I wonder if the power cord (red) also power up the DVR.

This was perfect. It gave me more than enough length. I used it to hook up my xbox kinect to my projector. The value is mucher greater than the price.
