      Opened them when I got home. All of them were broken and VERY chalky. I'm not even going to bother trying to work with them. They're going back.

      These soft pastels are way too fragile. Everytime I tried to put on the material on paper, they keep crumbling.

      These seem more like chalk than pastel. In fact Crayola colored chalk has more intense pigment. A better deal is the 48 color set of half sticks by Mungyo.
