I don't play varsity football. I just bought these for a flag football event. They worked out very well. They peeled a little at the fingertips the second time I used them, but it was a minor issue.

I have bought my son 5 pairs of much more expensive recieving gloves, 5 pair that he has lost! These were cheap he can use them at practice and take his good ones to the games. Can't beat this buy!

Great grip on these gloves. They don't have a lot of padding but they fit well. Velcro wraps around your wrist so you can get them nice and snug. Great for the gym.
